Samson Phommabout
Samson Phommabout is a filmmaker and combat sports promoter working at the intersection of media, martial arts, and community impact. As the founder of GritLab 3Sixty, he leads a creative studio focused on cinematic storytelling, brand development, and live event production for athletes, organizations, and purpose-driven brands.
With over eight years of experience in videography and photography, Samson has collaborated with global brands such as Lululemon, Drink LMNT, and One Family Athletics, along with professional athletes like MLB Alex Vesia Pitcher from the L.A Dodgers and industry leaders including Zoltan Bathory Founder of Five Finger Death Punch.
A driving force in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and MMA communities, Samson has helped build and support innovative platforms such as Subversiv, Subversiv BJJ Combat Jiu-Jitsu, and Wyld Style youth grappling events, producing events alongside Professional Grappling Federation and The world Renowned Culinary team Live Fire Republic.
Beyond production, Samson partners with and teaches at Adapt Jiu Jitsu and works through the Adapt Foundation to provide free martial arts training for veterans, law enforcement, and low-income kids and families. His mission is to create opportunity and drive lasting impact through sport and storytelling.

Tj Mitchell
TJ Mitchell one of the co-founder of GritLab 3Sixty, a company dedicated to fostering community-driven solutions and empowering underprivileged youth. With a background in real estate and portfolio management, TJ brings over seven years of expertise in strategic growth and operational development.
TJ Studied Strategic Communications University of Utah. TJ has also spent six years in nonprofit fundraising, where he has successfully built and led initiatives that connect organizations with critical resources. His extensive background within the nonprofit sector has fueled his passion for creating opportunities for youth to overcome barriers and achieve lasting success.

At GritLab 3Sixty, he focuses on creating pathways for young people by connecting them with essential resources, mentorship, and community engagement. His work centers on breaking down systemic barriers and providing youth with the opportunity to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
